On Thursday, September 24, 2015, the Laz Rural Development Association organized the 4th event as part of the Democratic Responsibility and Citizens' Participation in Europe - DOCPIE entitled "Civil Society Open University". The DOCPIE project is co-financed by the European Union through the Europe for Citizens program.
As part of the event, four activities took place: an international conference, the promotion of citizens' rights and the collection of opinions at the NGO - LUPA festival, training for the development of project ideas and applications for the Europe for Citizens program and an intercultural evening.

With the project event on the topic of citizens' participation in regional development, which took place from June 30 to July 2, 2015 in Serres, Greece, the implementation of the project "Democratic responsibility and civic participation in Europe" has turned in the other half.
