The workshop was organized by the LAZ association with the financial support of the municipality of Šmartno pri Litija. It took place on November 27, 2014, starting at 5 p.m., in the Pustov mlin inn.
The workshop was divided into two parts. In the first, herbs were shown, which are mainly used to make tea mixtures. Plants that still thrive in our area were shown, with an emphasis on organic production and harvesting.
In a short break, we tried three types of teas made from herbs grown and collected at the Pr´Janez farm. In the second part, we learned how to properly collect and store herbs and how to prepare tea mixtures.
