As part of the cultural holiday, the village of Breg, which offers several interesting points, was visited by elementary school students from Elementary School Gradec. The program, which lasted one and a half hours, began with a historical outline of the area and a tour of the collection of Sava pebbles in the fire station on Breg. Then the students were divided into three groups and with their entourage went to the LaH stone-cutting workshop, the Dobravec solar power plant and the Paternoster homestead. At each point, they received useful information during the tour and asked additional questions. Pupils who will leave the elementary school desks in June and embark on the path of vocational education thus received a practical demonstration of the work of a stonecutter, a farmer and an energy sector. The purpose of the educational village of Breg is precisely this, to show first-hand presentations and professions. The learning village, which otherwise covers 10 points, came to life for the first time in practice and thus started its ‘professional journey’.
