As part of the Work Program of the Association for the Development of the Laz Countryside for 2013, we organized the workshop ‘Preparation of cold cuts, spreads and salads’, which was held on 16.1.2013 in the Pustov mlin inn.
The workshop was led by Mrs. Darja Povše. The participants of the workshop prepared the food themselves according to the recipes and instructions of the workshop leader, served and tasted it.
