The night hike to Gradišče is the closest to the first full moon of the new year every year.
Hikers gather:
– at 19:30 at the cycling service in Tenetiše (Breg pri Litija)
– at 8:00 p.m. at Kaška in Zgornja Jablanica (Smartno pri Litija municipality)
– at 8:00 p.m. at the chapel in Gradiške Laza
And together they go to Gradišče pri Litija to the church of St. Magdalene, where the meeting is at 9 p.m.
They exchange the contents of their backpacks, and then descend to the village of Gradišče pri Litija, where they are expected by the farm Pr’ Kokol and Pr’ Vovk. On the first one there is a nativity scene, and on the second, a party is being prepared under a tent.
