Easter dishes have an important place during the Easter holidays.
In addition to ham, pirhs, horseradish and potica, we can hardly imagine these holidays. You will be able to learn how to make a really good Slovenian dish, this Slovenian national dish, at the course that the housewives of Polšnica will prepare and thus transfer to you the knowledge we have acquired over the years in this area.
In the course, we will show you how to make: walnut, coconut and tarragon, braids and Easter birds. The workshop will be led by Nada Kokalj, Ivanka Primc and Marinka Bevc.
The course is intended to transfer culinary knowledge between generations and is free for members of both societies, the activities are co-financed by LAS Srce Slovenije.
