The Society for Rural Development Laz, in cooperation with the locals, is preparing the ninth march. This year will be a week earlier than usual, because the first Saturday of April is Easter and on this day the locals devote themselves to the holiday and the family. The hike along the slopes of the Jablaniška valley is interesting mainly because of its pleasant walk on forest paths, beautiful views and numerous local offers along the 15 km long path – as many as 12 points are being prepared to visit, of the three churches that are open for viewing that day, a traditional fruit drying room, many homesteads With local delicacies to a visit to the House of Memories in Gradišče with a new exhibition theme.
The start will be at the fire station in Zg. Jablanica from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., where you can confirm the control card. At the finish line in Gradišče pri Litija, the homestead Pr’Kokol ends at 1:30 p.m. with a cultural program and food and drink offer. On the way back to the valley, hikers like to stop at Skebet’s homestead, which is celebrating its venerable anniversary this year, and in Zgornja Jablanica, where several farms prepare stalls offering local delicacies. Butarice for Palm Sunday will also be available at the stands along the route and at the homestead pr’Vovk in Gradišče.
